Jari Kuosmanen has extensive experience in service management within the retail and technical sectors. Currently serving as Service Manager for Grocery Trade at Kesko - K-Group since September 2021, Jari focuses on user rights service management, development, reporting, and supplier collaboration. Previously, Jari held various managerial roles at Kesko, including Service Manager for Building and Technical Trade, and Support Manager, where responsibilities included vendor cooperation and development of IT support systems across multiple countries. Jari's career also encompasses positions at Rautakesko Oy, K-citymarket Oy, Musta Pörssi Jumbo, and Intersport, where notable achievements included founding an After Sales Marketing unit and managing significant departments. Jari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Savonia University of Applied Sciences.
