Kirsi Riipinen

Kirsi Riipinen has a comprehensive work experience in the marketing and media industry. Kirsi is currently serving as the Head of Sourcing and Vendor Management, Marketing at Kesko - K-Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at dentsu Finland, where they held various roles including Commercial Director, Media, Operations&Transformation Business Partner, and Operations Director, Media. Kirsi also gained valuable experience at Carat Finland, where they were an Operations Director/Client Director and Client Director. Kirsi started their career at Pool Media International PMI Oy as an Account Manager and later worked at Taloustutkimus as a Market Researcher. Kirsi's diverse roles have equipped their with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, sales forecasting, and client management.

Kirsi Riipinen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Lahti University of Applied Sciences, from 1997 to 2001. Kirsi also pursued additional education in Marketing Research at Markkinointi-instituutti. In 2021, Kirsi obtained certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, delivered by Change Partners.
