Niklas Kairisalo

Niklas Kairisalo is an accomplished supply chain and project management professional with extensive experience in the retail and building sectors. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Kesko - K-Group since January 2018, Niklas oversees replenishment functions for K-Rauta and Onninen stores in Finland, leading a skilled team of experts. Previously, Niklas held the position of Sourcing Manager, managing the procurement of tools and hardware across the Finnish market. With a long tenure at Rautakesko Oy, Niklas has also excelled as Senior Project Manager within the PMO function, leading international business transformation projects related to digitalization, and as International Replenishment Manager, optimizing stock availability across multiple countries. Earlier roles include project management and logistics management in Finland and Sweden, complemented by an MSc in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.
