Tuomas Sointu

Tuomas Sointu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tuomas currently holds the position of IT Director, Logistics at Kesko - K-Group since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Business Development Director at Kesko Grocery Trade from August 2018 to March 2022.

Before their time at Kesko, Sointu worked as an Account Executive at Capgemini from November 2015 to August 2018. Tuomas also held a managerial role as Manager at Deloitte Finland from May 2014 to October 2015.

Sointu's earlier career includes positions at K. Hartwall Oy Ab, where they served as a Solution Business Manager for Retail from January 2012 to May 2014, and as a Business Development Manager for Global Sales from April 2011 to January 2012. During this time, they successfully implemented new working methods and developed advanced marketing and sales processes.

Prior to that, Sointu worked at SAS, where they held the role of Senior Consultant from January 2009 to April 2011 and Business Consultant (Retail) from an unspecified date in 2007 to January 2009.

Sointu's early career includes roles at Tradeka, where they served as a Project Director from January 2007 to September 2007, Process Owner for the Product Replenishment Process from September 2004 to December 2006, and Supply Chain Planner from November 2001 to September 2004.

From 1997 to 2003, Tuomas Sointu attended Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they obtained an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in Logistics.
