Tuomo Vepsäläinen

Tuomo Vepsäläinen has extensive work experience in various industries. Tuomo currently serves as the Vice President of Finance for the Car Trade Division at Kesko - K-Group, where they are responsible for finance and is a member of the K-Auto management team. Prior to this role, they held positions at UPM - The Biofore Company, including Director of Business Control for UPM Technology & UPM Biomolecular businesses, Director of Business Control for the Pulp Business, and Manager of Corporate Strategy. Tuomo also worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and held a role in sales channel management and thesis work at IBM. Earlier in their career, Tuomo served as CEO and Account Manager at Prodeko Recruiting Oy, a Course Assistant at Helsinki University of Technology, and an Analyst at Capgemini. Throughout their career, they have played key roles in transforming businesses, contributing to their profitability and growth.

Tuomo Vepsäläinen earned their M.Sc. (Tech.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, graduating in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Olari High School. In 2018, they obtained a certification in "Elements of AI" from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor.
