Greg Swetnam is a seasoned real estate professional who has served as Principal and Director of Office Brokerage at Kessinger/Hunter & Co. since June 1993. Responsibilities include overseeing all Office Brokerage Services, managing team marketing for institutional accounts, and specializing in Tenant Advisory Services for both local and national clients. Swetnam has extensive experience in transaction management, headquarters relocation, site selection, and build-to-suit projects. Notable accomplishments include being a three-time recipient of the #1 Broker Home Run Award from KCRAR, induction into the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2013, recognition in Ingram's Magazine's "Rainmaker" Class of 2016, and being named KCRAR's Office Deal Maker of the Year for both 2015 and 2016. Previous experience includes serving as First Vice President at CBRE from January 1984 to May 1993. Swetnam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture with an emphasis in Horticulture Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
