Walter Rist is an experienced real estate broker currently working at Kessinger Hunter since September 1999, specializing in land and industrial brokerage. Throughout a distinguished career, Walter served as President of the Grand Canyon Private Boaters Association from 2006 to 2014, and was the owner of The Rist Group, Inc. from June 1987 to August 2011, where land and industrial properties were developed, managed, and brokered in the Kansas City Metro. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at Bedford Properties Inc. from October 1978 to September 1987, focusing on the acquisition, development, and management of industrial and office properties across various U.S. markets. Walter holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis.
