Durcinka holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, an MBA in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan, an Associate's degree in Supervision from Purdue University Northwest, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Prairie State College.
