Patrick Martinez is currently the Head Pension Benefits administrator in Western Switzerland for Kessler & Co.

Martinez began their career in 1996 as an apprentice employee of commerce for ELVIA Assurances + Vie. They then moved to Allianz Suisse in 1999 where they became a private client manager in individual life insurance.

In 2001, Martinez took a position as occupational benefits manager for Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution until 2008 when they became a pension fund administrator for Mercer.

In 2010, Martinez transferred to Aon Hewitt as a pension fund administrator until 2013 when they took their current position with Kessler & Co.

Patrick Martinez has completed a CAS in Team Management from Executive Education HEC Lausanne, a course in Leadership from CRPM - Cursus Formation, and an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Insurance Economy from Höhere Fachschule Versicherung HFV -L’Ecole supérieure assurance (ESA). Patrick also holds a Certificate "Insurance Intermediary AFA" from IRFA : Institut romand de formation en assurances, a Business English Certificate Vantage (BEC V) B2 from University of Cambridge, and a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Social Insurance from FEAS - Fédération suisse des employés en assurances sociales. Additionally, they have completed Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf (ZDfB) B2 from Goethe-Institut and Zertifikat Deutsch (ZD) B1 from Goethe-Institut. Their Preliminary English Test (PET) B1 is from University of Cambridge.
