Carmel Festa PT, MS, Ed.D. has a vast experience in various healthcare and educational settings, ranging from being a Clinical Liaison to a Director and Assistant Professor. With a background in physical therapy and anatomy, Carmel has been involved in patient evaluation and treatment, staff training, education, recruitment, course development, and research advising.
