Crystal Eleazar

Crystal Eleazar is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Stockton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies. Currently serving as an Occupational Therapist at Sunny Days, Crystal focuses on providing early intervention therapy to children aged 0-3 in home settings. In addition, Crystal has held the role of Clinical Liaison at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation since June 2021, where responsibilities include conducting electronic chart reviews and facilitating patient transitions of care. Previously, Crystal gained extensive clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in various settings, including rehabilitation hospitals and schools, treating patients with a wide range of diagnoses and collaborating with educational staff to enhance student success. Crystal's career commenced as a Rehabilitation Aide and progressed through several positions, marked by a commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
