Keara McNair

Occupational Therapist Clinical Specialist (per Diem) at Kessler Institute For Rehabilitation

Keara McNair currently serves as the Doctoral Capstone Coordinator at Rutgers School of Health Professions, with additional experience as an Occupational Therapist Clinical Specialist at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation since January 2014. As Clinical Lead of the Inpatient Cancer Rehabilitation Program, Keara has contributed to program development, research, and quality improvement initiatives while also serving as a national clinical lead for Select Medical's inpatient cancer rehabilitation program. Keara's earlier roles include Senior Occupational Therapist and Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University, and staff roles at Medstar National Rehabilitation Hospital and Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Sciences from Seton Hall University (expected completion in 2025), a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science from the same institution.
