Debra Schotz

Debra Schotz currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. since May 2023. In addition, Debra is a Chief Member of Chief, a private membership network for women executive leaders, and has held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at Swedish Hospital since 2017. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at a post-seed startup from 2022 to 2023, and Vice President & General Manager of Care Communications at Baxter International Inc. for a brief period in 2021-2022. Debra has significant experience at Hillrom, where leadership spanned multiple roles in global marketing and business development from 2018 to 2021. At Cardinal Health, Debra served in various senior positions from 1995 to 2018, managing significant P&L responsibilities and leading various teams and initiatives. Debra holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from DePaul University and a BS in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
