Jess Roberson

Jess Roberson currently serves as the General Manager of Organisational Development & People Performance at Kestrel Coal Resources and has held this position since August 2018. Previously, Jess was the Human Resources Manager for Kestrel Coal while it was still under Rio Tinto, and gained extensive HR experience at Glencore Coal and Rio Tinto, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and organizational restructuring. In addition to these roles, Jess has been an Elected Board Director for Gymnastics Australia since May 2022, contributing to the promotion and growth of gymnastics in Australia. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from CQ University, completed between 2006 and 2010.
