Jeff Cecil

Jeff Cecil currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at KESTREL Vision, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies for the company's regional portfolio. Previously, Jeff held multiple HR leadership roles at Knorr-Bremse, culminating in a Vice President position overseeing people management and culture integration across Canada, the US, Mexico, and Brazil for 6,000 employees. Earlier experience includes managerial positions focused on HR strategy and systems at Partners HealthCare International and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services. Jeff also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Baldwin Wallace University, and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from The Ohio State University, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management from Baldwin Wallace University.
