Fabio Rizza

Fabio Rizza has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fabio started their career at Manpower as a Sales & Service Representative from October 2007 to November 2008. Fabio then joined Coin as an HR Generalist from December 2008 to December 2012. After that, they worked at Valentino as an HR Manager from December 2012 to November 2014. Fabio then moved to VF Corporation, where they served as an HR Manager for their Retail division from November 2014 to June 2017. Fabio later joined Bottega Veneta as an HR Manager for France & Monaco from June 2017 to October 2019. Currently, Fabio is employed at Balenciaga, where they have held various positions including HR Manager EMEA from November 2019 to April 2021, HR Director EMEA from May 2021 to October 2022, and currently holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources, Americas starting from September 2022.

Fabio Rizza has a Master's degree in "Comunicare il Lavoro" from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, obtained in 2008. Fabio also has a Laurea degree in "Filosofia" from Università di Pisa, obtained between 1998 and 2005. In 2001, Fabio Rizza pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Philosophy from Université de Bourgogne. Furthermore, they attended Liceo Scientifico G. Galilei di Modica from 1993 to 1998. Currently, they have obtained a certification in Employment Law from Cornell University.
