Mathias Friedrichs

Mathias Friedrichs is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the industry. Since July 2001, Mathias has served as the Managing Partner of Kestria Germany, part of the world's largest alliance of boutique executive search firms, overseeing operations across 40+ countries. Simultaneously, Mathias holds dual roles on the Executive Board of Friedrichs & Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH, where the individual has been Managing Director since 1994, contributing to the firm's establishment as a key player in executive search with locations in Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, and Hamburg. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner in the Executives Department of Lufthansa in 1992. Mathias holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, complemented by MBA coursework at the University of Southern California, and foundational education in Business Sciences from the University of Münster.
