Razvan Eliad is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition within various industries, including IT, banking, finance, and more. Currently serving as Partner at Kestria Romania since October 2023, Razvan is part of the world's largest alliance of boutique retained executive search firms. As Managing Partner at reimaginum since June 2021, Razvan focuses on IT recruitment and executive search, leveraging over 45 years of cumulative expertise. Previous roles include IT Practice Leader at Adecco and Senior Executive Search Consultant, where Razvan specialized in C-level and senior management placements. With a strong background in business development, account management, and team leadership, Razvan has held key positions at companies such as ProQuest, Trenkwalder Group, and Antal International.
