Keswick
Michele Lagana has over 30 years of experience in financial management and operations. Michele served as the Chief Financial Officer at Keswick since 2019 and at Baltimore Medical System, Inc. from 2008 to 2019. In these roles, they handled financial management and information operations for community health systems. Additionally, Lagana worked as the Vice President of Administration at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center from 2002 to 2007, overseeing inpatient and ambulatory clinical areas and implementing service improvement initiatives. Michele also served as the Chief Financial Officer at NIH Clinical Center from 1997 to 2002 and as the AVP of Finance at Providence Hospital from 1988 to 1997.
Michele Lagana obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Towson University between 1978 and 1981. Following that, they completed an MBA in finance at The George Washington University School of Business between 1983 and 1987.

Keswick delivers services including Rehabilitation and Nursing Home care as well as a range of community-based programs both on our campus in our Wise & Well Center for Healthy Living and in the community.
