József Szalai

József Szalai has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions in engineering research and development. József started their career as a Developer Engineer at KÉSZ Ltd. in 2004 and worked there until 2009. In 2010, they became the CEO and Technical Director at ConSteel Solutions Ltd., where they were responsible for the development and marketing of software products. At the same time, they also served as an Assistant Professor at Szent István University until 2015. In 2016, they joined KÉSZ Holding Inc. as the Director of Research and Development, overseeing all engineering research and innovation activities in the company.

József Szalai completed their education at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. From 1995 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same institution from 2000 to 2004, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the same field.
