Zoltán Gólya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zoltán began their career as a research assistant at the Corvinus University of Budapest E-Business Research Center from February 2006 to December 2007. Zoltán then joined MOL Group, where they worked in several roles for over nine years, including IS Shared Services trainee, IS Compliance & Control expert, Upstream Planning & Controlling expert, and Group Upstream Planning & Controlling senior expert. In 2015, they joined OT INDUSTRIES as a Senior Controller before moving to KESZ Group in 2016. At KESZ Group, they have held the positions of Senior Controller, Head of Controlling, Portfolio Manager, and currently serves as the Branch Finance Director.
Zoltán Gólya pursued their education at Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem. From 2001 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Economics from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, in January 2014, Zoltán obtained a certification as a Certified Controller from IFUA Horváth & Partners Management Consultants.
