Maxine Enciso

Maxine Enciso is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in public relations and inclusion initiatives, primarily at Ketchum, where Enciso served as EVP, Head of Inclusion & Impact, and Los Angeles Marketplace Leader from January 1996 to September 2022. In this role, Enciso led efforts to foster an inclusive environment while delivering award-winning client work. Previously, as Senior Vice President, Enciso managed the Los Angeles office and was responsible for employee engagement and overall client satisfaction. Earlier in the career at Ketchum, Enciso held the position of Senior Vice President/Account Director, overseeing strategic communication programs and account growth.
