Paul’s career started in Retail Management with JD Sports, where he rapidly progressed, increasing his responsibilities across the group, to trouble shooting, store set ups and management training, to ultimately managing the JD flagship store on Oxford Circus, London. Building on this success, Paul transferred his skills and experience to Telecoms. Focussing on developing strategies for business growth, reducing costs and enhancing the customers’ experience. Having achieved great results for his clients, Paul evolved into leading complex solution sales and bids with blue chip organisations across different market sectors including Retailers, Insurance, Financial Services and UK Government.
Moving into a sales leadership position, Paul worked with various niche System Integrators, before joining KeTech in 2017. It is this consultative, pragmatic and planned approach that Paul brings to KeTech as its Sales Director, leading a team of Business Development and Bid Managers to consult with clients, understand their worlds, and deliver new business and growth to KeTech.
