Mark Smith

Mark Smith is an experienced quality assurance and safety management professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Keter since November 2021, Mark leads return to vendor reduction projects across North America. Previous roles include managing quality control and North American Centers of Excellence at Loparex, overseeing quality assurance and inventory control at CNH Industrial, and holding various leadership positions at Bridgestone that involved quality assurance, environmental health and safety, and compliance initiatives. Mark began a career at the Federal Reserve System as the District Safety and Environmental Director, where effective safety programs significantly reduced workers’ compensation claims. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Safety Management from Indiana State University.
