Kyle McMorrow began their work experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at On Demand Manufacturing Solutions, LLC in 2017. During their time there, they designed, simulated, and tested methodology for casting parts from 3D printed models. Kyle also analyzed data on the effects of thermal expansion, scaling factors, and casting additives, resulting in a 15% decrease in casting failures. Kyle led analysis into potential markets for mobile micro factories and assisted the CEO in drafting partnership offers to increase name recognition and customer interest.

In 2016, McMorrow worked as a Senior Research Assistant at Santa Clara University until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, McMorrow joined KEYENCE CORPORATION. Kyle started as a Sales Engineer and was responsible for assisting customers in resolving automated process control issues. Kyle then became a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, where they assisted customers in developing cost-benefit analysis and solving automation applications. Finally, they became a Sales Specialist until November 2021.

In 2021, McMorrow joined KETIV Technologies, Inc. as a Sales Executive.
