Haley Boyle is currently the Senior Manager of Talent & Culture at Ketjen Corporation, where Haley oversees all aspects of the talent life cycle globally. Prior to their current role, Haley worked at Amazon Web Services as a Senior Research Lead and at Amazon as a Strategic Sourcing Recruiter. Haley also has experience at Airswift, where Haley worked as a Client Service Manager, Account Manager, and Recruitment Consultant. Haley graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication Media Studies. Haley's experience includes leading recruitment efforts, managing client relationships, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
