Carrie Berry, MPS, NBC-HWC, has a strong educational background in nutrition, culinary arts, and leadership. Carrie completed their Master of Professional Studies degree in Organizational Leadership in Nutrition from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from MTSU from 2013 to 2016. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Carrie attended The Art Institutes from 2009 to 2011, where they received an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
In addition to their academic achievements, Carrie has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. Carrie holds an Ethical Leadership Certification from the NASBA Center for the Public Trust, obtained in November 2021. Carrie also completed the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Noomiversity certification offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in March 2017. Carrie further bolstered their knowledge through a Social and Behavioral Research certification from the CITI Program in January 2022. Additionally, Carrie has been recognized as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching since December 2018.
