Benjamin Hotelling

Benjamin Hotelling, M.S., is the Associate Dean of Student Success at Kettering College, providing administrative oversight across various student support areas. Hotelling has extensive experience in career services and alumni engagement, having previously served as the Director of Career Services and Alumni Engagement and the Director of Career Services at Kettering College. Prior to this, experience includes roles as a Business Development Manager and HR Recruiter at Kettering Health Network, and as a College Recruiter at Kettering College. Hotelling's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Andrews University. Additional qualifications encompass a Certificate in Real Estate and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts.
