Courtney Dove

Courtney Dove has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Courtney is currently the Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Kettering College, where they are responsible for advancing institutional goals and positioning the college favorably within the community. Prior to this role, they worked as a Communications and Public Relations Specialist at Kettering College.

Before joining Kettering College, Courtney worked as a Licensed Realtor at Plum Tree Realty and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. Courtney also served as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Kettering Physician Network, where they collaborated with team members to develop effective marketing strategies and facilitated onboarding marketing for over 250 providers.

In the field of education, Courtney worked as a Registrar at The Modern College of Design, where they managed student records and provided academic advising. Courtney also served as a Registration and Records Administrator at Central State University, where they maintained academic records and acted as a residency officer.

Earlier in their career, Courtney gained experience as a Communications Coordinator at UFCW, where they were responsible for creating publications and maintaining social media accounts. Courtney also worked as an Advertising Supervisor at entertainment works, conducting face-to-face intercepts and recruiting for online surveys.

Courtney started their career as a Marketing Communications Intern at the American Red Cross.

Courtney Dove earned a Master's Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Central State University. In addition to their degrees, they also received a certification in "2-Minute Tips for Marketing" from LinkedIn in 2020.
