Nancy Towsley

Nancy Towsley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nancy has held several senior-level positions in various companies, including Kettle Cuisine as a Senior Human Resources Manager, glassybaby as a Director Human Resources Consultant, PCC Aerostructures as a Director Human Resources Business Partner, Woodgrain Millwork as a Division Director of Human Resources, and United Natural Foods as a Manager Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Human Resources Professional for HR Contract and Consulting, Senior Manager Human Resources for Southeastern Mills, and Senior Site Manager Human Resources for Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company. Their experience spans multiple industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and food processing, and they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruitment, training and development, and employee relations. Nancy has consistently worked in positions of leadership and has overseen teams and multiple plant sites, managing a significant number of employees.

Nancy Towsley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from San Jose State University. Nancy then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University. Additionally, Nancy has obtained several certifications, including the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, The Extraordinary Leader Facilitator Certification from Zenger Folkman, and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from both SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and SHRM. Nancy also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM.
