Pamela Tyrrell

EVP, Multifamily Development & Construction at KETTLER

Pamela Tyrrell joined KETTLER in 1997 and is Executive Vice President of the Multifamily Development and Construction division of the company. Ms. Tyrrell has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for all aspects of Kettler’s multifamily and mixed-use development projects from feasibility, predevelopment, and construction through initial delivery and lease-up. She currently oversees the development of 3,000 units totaling over $1.0 billion in development costs.

Ms. Tyrrell earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA., and a Master’s in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining KETTLER, Ms. Tyrrell worked at Arthur Andersen and Freddie Mac. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Construction Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council.
