Sudhir Rao is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and advisory services. As the Managing Partner at Celesta Capital since January 2019 and the Founding Managing Partner of IndusAge Capital Managers LLP since November 2012, Sudhir has focused on investing in early to growth stage technology ventures in India. Over the past 23 years, Sudhir has also served as the Founder of IndusAge Advisors Ltd., where strategic advisory services are provided to over 25 companies, encompassing innovation, performance management, and stakeholder relations. Sudhir holds various board positions, including Non-Executive Chairman at Healofy and Nominee Non-Executive Director roles at 5C Network, Connect and Heal, and Stellapps Technologies. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Cambridge and certifications from esteemed institutions such as The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
