Amy Storey was appointed Interim President of Keuka College on July 1, 2018, and named permanent President on May 13, 2019. She is the 20th person – and third woman – to lead the institution.
President Storey previously served as the College’s Vice President for Advancement and External Affairs, a role in which she led a brand and visual identity overhaul that contributed to three of the largest incoming classes in Keuka College’s history, launched The Next 125: The Comprehensive Campaign for Keuka College, and helped secure more than $26 million in cash, commitments, and grants in support of the College. She continues to function as the College’s chief fundraiser.
Prior to her arrival at Keuka College in 2013, President Storey was the Regional Director of Development for the University of Rochester from 2007-13. She has also served as Director of Development in the School of Management at Binghamton University, and in positions at Merrill Lynch, Employee Benefit Services, and the investment management company Manning and Napier.
During her time at Keuka College, President Storey has provided leadership over a number of administrative functions – including development, marketing and communications, alumni relations, and community relations. In addition, she’s the executive liaison for the College’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
President Storey’s professional skills include donor and alumni relations, community outreach, fundraising, and event management. She is active in organizations including the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, the American Marketing Association, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
President Storey obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the Binghamton University School of Management.
