Annabel Tsang

Annabel Tsang is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in driving retail execution and sales effectiveness, currently serving as Vice President of Sales Effectiveness at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since March 2020. Previously, in a tenure spanning 14 years at PepsiCo, Annabel held several leadership roles, including VP Perfect Store where innovative merchandising and a new sales framework were developed, resulting in a significant $12B net revenue impact. Annabel also served as Senior Market Director/General Manager and Senior Director of Retail Sales, focusing on aligning organizational strengths and enhancing sales strategies. Earlier roles included Director of Marketing and various sales management positions in the Bay Area. Annabel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Davis, and completed the ASCENT Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
