Anthony Shoemaker

Anthony Shoemaker is currently the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Keurig Dr Pepper. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Tenet Healthcare from October 2014 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all corporate and transactional legal matters for Tenet Healthcare, including securities and corporate governance, finance, investor relations, M&A, and executive compensation. Anthony also served as the Corporate Secretary, assisting and counseling the company's Board of Directors and coordinating all Board meetings.

Before their time at Tenet Healthcare, Anthony Shoemaker was the Senior Corporate Counsel at A. H. Belo from December 2013 to September 2014. Prior to that, they were an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from August 2007 to December 2013.

Anthony Shoemaker's career began as a Production Assistant at CBS Sports from January 2002 to December 2004.

Anthony Shoemaker has a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.B.A. in Management from Abilene Christian University.
