Chris Ballay

Chris Ballay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and management within the beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations & Execution at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since November 2011, Chris leads the Direct Store Delivery execution for the brand portfolio and oversees team leadership, account and revenue planning, and annual financial targets. Previous roles at Keurig Dr Pepper include National Account Executive for Walmart and Sam's Club, where Chris developed business strategies and managed operational growth. Prior to joining Keurig Dr Pepper, Chris held the position of Director of Retail Operations at CROSSMARK, overseeing a large team in the Walmart Division, and started a career in retail management with Walmart in various leadership roles. Chris holds an Associate's Degree from Crowder College.
