Elizabeth McKnight

Elizabeth McKnight, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where responsibilities have included roles such as Compensation Manager, Senior Compensation Analyst, and HR Agile Team member since December 2017. Prior to this, Elizabeth was with Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., serving in various recruitment roles from July 2011 to December 2017. Earlier career experiences include staffing positions at Yoh and internships at Penski, Inc. and SUNY Potsdam, where Elizabeth also held the role of Residence Hall Director. Elizabeth holds an MBA with a concentration in HR Management from Clarkson University and a BA in Employment Relations from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
