Laura Farley

Laura Farley currently serves as the Sr Manager of Compensation at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of Sr Manager Compensation at Unisys from January 2022 to October 2023 and directed Total Rewards at WorldVentures Holdings from January 2019 to January 2022. Earlier roles include Total Rewards Program Manager and Sales Compensation Manager at Samsung Telecommunications America, as well as HR Manager at Caliber Funding, overseeing various HR functions. Laura also served as a Sr HR/Compensation Consultant at Hewlett-Packard for over twelve years, where responsibilities included analyzing compensation structures and managing global incentive programs. Laura began a career at the Internal Revenue Service as an ER and LR Specialist in December 1983. Education was completed at Kilgore College.
