David Jaarsma

Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations at KEV Group

David Jaarsma has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. David began their career in 2000 as a Technical Writer for Hummingbird, where they wrote end-user documentation for a number of products and acted as lead writer for the NFS Maestro product line. In 2002, they moved to the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, where they wrote project and requirements documentation and created and managed an internal website to host all project management procedures and templates. David then joined BlackBerry in 2009 as a Team Lead in Information Management. In 2013, David moved to Oracle, where they created front-end web experiences for the North America Customer Success team. David also supported internal communications by designing and coding HTML email templates, designed and built internal informational websites, and contributed to customer-facing web-based services. In 2020, David became the Client Success and Enablement Manager for KEV Group.

David Jaarsma attended the University of Waterloo from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and History.
