Madhulika Baid has worked in various roles across a range of companies since 2009. Madhulika began their career as a Senior Business Manager at AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited, where they recruited and trained a team of financial advisors and achieved 225% of sales targets in FY 10-11. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Executive Operations at WiFi Networks, where they were responsible for handling day to day operations and service request for telecom operators. Madhulika then moved to American Express as an Assistant Manager Sales in 2013, where they were accountable for acquisition of mid-sized enterprise accounts for American Express' expense management solutions. In 2014, they became an Account Manager Service and Operations at Vodafone, where they were responsible for managing and building strong relationships with 120 National accounts. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Small Business Account Manager at Rogers Communications, where they were accountable for selling to new and existing Rogers Small Business customers. Finally, in 2021, they joined KEV Group as an Account Executive.

Madhulika Baid obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from ICFAI Business School between 2007 and 2009. Madhulika also earned their Business/Commerce, General degree from Bishop Cotton Womens Christian College between 1988 and 2001, having attended Vanita Vishram Girls School. Additionally, they hold an ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN.
