Mike Hall, MPA, MBA, RTSBA has over 25 years of work experience. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a Network Administrator for MassMutual and Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP. From 1997 to 2000, they served as City Administrator for the City of Oak Point, Texas. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Branch Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, managing multiple branches and 250+ cars. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Sr. Area Field Manager (AFM)/ District Certifier for U-Haul International, Inc., managing a dealer network of 30+ locations. From 2008 to 2011, they were the City Administrator for the City of Quitman, Texas, overseeing administration of all city functions and supervising all city staff. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Executive Director for the Quitman Economic Development Corporation, developing and implementing programs for economic improvement and representing local interest with potential developers. Lastly, from 2014 to 2023, they served as Finance/HR Director for Chapel Hill ISD, and currently serves as Account Executive for KEV Group.
Mike Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas Tech University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996. Mike then went on to earn a Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech University in 1997-2000. In 2019, they obtained an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from LSU Shreveport. Mike is currently in the process of obtaining a Superintendent Certification from the University of Texas at Tyler. Additionally, they hold a Registered Texas School Business Administrator certification from the Texas Association of School Business Officials, obtained in March 2019, and a Basic Economic Development (TEDC) certification. Mike is also certified as a School Superintendent by the Texas Education Agency.
