Senior Application Support Manager at KEV Group

Natasha Doroshkevich began their career in 2004 as a Lead Systems Analyst at Retail Data Systems of Florida. In 2011, they moved to POS Canada as a QA Analyst. In 2012, they joined AJB Software Design Inc. as a QA Analyst Team Lead, where they developed and implemented Quality Assurance standards and guidelines for the QA department, assessed requirements and coordinated deliverables to meet deadlines, and led a team of four QA Analysts. In 2016, they joined KEV Group as an Application Support Manager, where they were responsible for hiring and developing onboarding plans for new support staff, designing an organization and partnerships that scale seasonal needs, developing KPIs and setting targets for team and agent performance, presenting support team metrics and plans to the exec team, and developing processes to meet SLAs. Natasha also held the role of QA Manager at KEV Group.

Natasha Doroshkevich attended Broward College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer Science.
