Ovidiu Cojocaru

Ovidiu Cojocaru, CPA, CA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at KEV Group since July 2025. Previously, Ovidiu held the position of Director of Finance Operations at Caseware from October 2022 to July 2025 and was the Global Portfolio Controller for FOG Software Group at Constellation Software Inc. from June 2020 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Controller and Finance Manager at Nulogy from November 2016 to June 2020, Financial Analyst at Oxford Properties Group from August 2015 to November 2016, and Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young from September 2012 to August 2015. Ovidiu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and is a Chartered Accountant designated CPA.CA through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
