Shivani Ramsackal-Ramsaran

Shivani Ramsackal-Ramsaran has worked in the corporate world since 2008. Shivani began their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held four roles: Sales Operations Coordinator, New Business Opportunity Rep., Global Account Sales Support Representative, and Teams Lead Coordinator. In 2018, they joined Norwex as an Independent Sales Consultant, where they identified and developed relationships with customers, managed payments and business budgets, and provided excellent customer service. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at KEV Group, a role they have held since 2022.

Shivani Ramsackal-Ramsaran obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of New Brunswick in 2008, majoring in HR and Marketing. In 2013, they obtained CBAP training and school certification from IIBA. In 2022, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from CTS College of Business and Computer Science Ltd.
