Minna Issakainen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer management, project management, and education across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Manager at Keva since May 2019, Minna is responsible for managing key accounts within large government organizations and contributing to organizational reforms in public administration. Prior to this, Minna worked at the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment as a Project Manager, coordinating EU-funded initiatives aimed at enhancing work life in Finland, and as an Education Manager, focusing on skills development and training programs for businesses. Additional roles include Project Manager at Helsinki Business College, Job Coach at Järvenpään kaupunki, and Education Inspector at Keski-Uudenmaan koulutuskuntayhtymä Keuda, alongside early experience as a teacher in customer service. Minna holds a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, as well as further education from Häme University of Applied Sciences.
