Cortney McConville

Director, Business Development at Kevala

Cortney McConville has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. In 2011, they started their career as a Barista at Tully's Coffee and worked there until 2013. Cortney then gained experience as a Promotions Assistant at Journal Broadcast Group from March to December 2013. In 2013, they also interned at the Idaho Office of Refugees.

In 2014, Cortney worked as a Scheduler/Executive Assistant for the A.J. Balukoff for Governor of Idaho campaign from February to November. Cortney also served as a Scheduler for Bert Marley for Lt. Governor from August to November.

From 2015 to 2016, Cortney worked as a Team Lead at Direct Dialogue Fundraising (DDF). Cortney then joined Porch as a Local Market Specialist from January to October 2016.

In 2016, they took a break and traveled independently before joining Pro.com as a Sales Manager in October 2017. Cortney held this position until June 2021.

Currently, Cortney is working as the Director of Business Development at Kevala, starting in June 2021.

Cortney McConville completed an Associate's degree in General Studies from Tacoma Community College from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they attended Boise State University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Sciences.
