Skye Dissette

Skye Dissette has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2013 to 2013, they participated in a study abroad program at Central Washington University.

In 2013, they also worked as a Hospitality and Events Intern at Gilbert Cellars.

Starting in 2014, Skye joined Fidelitas Wines, where they held multiple positions. They began as a Tasting Room Manager, responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of associates. They focused on customer service, relationship building, and sales. Afterward, Skye became the Club + Events Coordinator, assisting with club communication, event coordination, and customer outreach. Lastly, they became the Wine Club Manager, overseeing the entire wine club, which accounted for 76% of the company's revenues. Skye's efforts contributed to an increased average membership length. They remained with Fidelitas Wines until February 2021.

In 2021, Skye started working at Kevala as a Customer Operations Associate. Their responsibilities included scheduling automation, timesheet management, and credential management for healthcare organizations. They progressed to the role of Customer Operations Manager, where they continued to provide SaaS solutions to healthcare organizations. Currently, Skye serves as the Growth Operations Manager at Kevala.

Skye Dissette attended Central Washington University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Global Wine Studies. During the same period, they also obtained a Minor Specialization in Retail Management & Technology from the same university. In March 2013, Skye Dissette obtained a certification as a Wine Trade Professional, although the institution that granted the certification is unknown.
