Sandy Grason

Sandy Grason is currently the Chief of Staff at Kevel and was previously the Sr. Director Software Development at Spectrum from February 2018 to April 2022. Sandy is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the backend software development teams as well as strategy, finance, and operations staff for Video Software Development. Sandy has also been responsible for implementing and enhancing consistent software engineering practices to ensure stable product delivery aligned with company initiatives and expectations. Sandy has excellent executive and stakeholder communication skills, supporting product partners and operations including technical services, code upgrades, and video operations. Sandy is an effective project planner and capital budgeter and has assisted with business plan development. Sandy is a collaborative leader who produces exceptional software that enhances customer experience. Sandy has also developed an effective front-line management team and assisted them with developing their direct reports to drive a high performance culture and environment. Sandy ensures a high degree of cross functional communication and participation in line with product planning, deployment, and support.

Sandy Grason's educational career began with a degree in journalism and communication from the University of Florida. Sandy then went on to earn a certification in programming foundations from Duke University. Finally, they earned a certification in CSM from the Scrum Alliance.
