Sheila Stokes-Langford is a seasoned procurement contract manager with extensive experience in contract management, administration, and transit operations. Currently serving as the Procurement Contract Manager at Keville Enterprises, Inc. since May 2019, Sheila has previously held significant roles at Gannett Fleming, Jacobs, and the Maryland Department of Transportation, effectively managing regional offices, complex contracts, and compliance initiatives.
