Stephen Dayton, CCM has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in bridges and roadways. Stephen has worked as a Chief Inspector at Keville Enterprises, Inc. since 2014, where they have been involved in various projects including highway inspections for CT DOT and the New Britain to Hartford Busway Project. Prior to that, they worked as a Construction Inspector at Gannett Fleming from 2013 to 2014.

Stephen Dayton, CCM has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in April 2019. Stephen also holds certifications in various areas such as stormwater compliance inspection, metro North safety, traffic control supervision, concrete inspection, hot mix asphalt paving inspection, nuclear gauge safety, ACI concrete, Amtrak contractor safety, OSHA 30-hour, and bridge coatings inspection. These certifications were obtained from different institutions at various times between 2013 and 2021.
